Cancellation before arrival:

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged one night’s stay.
• Non-refundable rates are not subject to refund.

Cancellation during stay (early departure):

• In case of early departure, guests must notify the hotel at least 24 hours in advance.
• If notice is given on time, charges will apply only for nights actually stayed.
• Early departure without prior notice may result in a charge of one night’s stay.
