  • Early check in (06:00–14:00) — 50% of room rate.
  • Late check out (12:00–18:00) — 50% of room rate.
  • Check in Before 06:00 / Check out After 18:00 — 100% of room rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
  • If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a penalty equal to the first night's stay will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY (WINTER SEASON)

If roads are closed on the day of arrival:

  • 30% of the payment will be retained, and the rest refunded; or
  • The booking can be rescheduled to another day (up to 2 times, with notification at least 3 days before the original arrival date.)
